FOR B2B EXHIBITIONS, CONFERENCES, AND SENIOR-AUDIENCE EVENTS
Experienced event marketing,
embedded in your team.
Delegate acquisition. Sponsor pipeline. Rebook and retention. We're the senior strategic lead and the flexible delivery team event organisers bring in when the numbers have to move, and the in-house team needs senior reinforcement to deliver.

HOW WE WORK
One engagement. Two components.
Shaped around your situation.
Most event-led businesses don't need another freelancer, and they don't need another agency on retainer. They need a senior strategic lead who owns the commercial outcome, and a flexible delivery team that plugs in at the right seniority for each piece of the work. That's what a CDM engagement is, one senior consultant accountable for the number, plus the contractor resource your in-house team needs to hit it. Embedded in your team. Scoped to your situation. Handed back stronger than we found it.
THE ENGAGEMENT MODEL
A senior brain and a flexible team, working as one.
EXAMPLE ENGAGEMENT SHAPES
Three ways we commonly work.
Every engagement is scoped in the first conversation, but most fall into one of three familiar shapes. Each is led by a senior consultant and supported by the right contractor mix for the situation.

WHO WE WORK WITH
Built for B2B event businesses, at the altitude commercial outcomes get decided.
We work with organisers who run events where the commercial stakes are real and the marketing function has to perform under pressure. Exhibitions and trade shows. Conferences and summits. CIO-level and C-suite events. Senior-audience dinners and executive programmes. Membership organisations with flagship annual gatherings.
What our clients have in common isn't format, it's pressure. A registration target that matters commercially. A rebook rate that finance is watching. A sponsor renewal conversation that has to go well. A launch cycle where the in-house team is capable but stretched. The work we do is shaped by what moves the number in those situations.

HOW WE WORK IN PRACTICE
How we rebuilt the rebook funnel on a flagship conference, taking retention from 41% to 68% in twelve months.
The client's flagship B2B conference had hit a ceiling. Strong first-time registration, but rebook had dropped from 58% to 41% in two editions. Finance was asking hard questions. The team knew creative wasn't the problem, the funnel was.
We rebuilt the post-event journey from the ground up. New segmentation in the CRM. A rebook programme that started pre-event, not after. Sponsor retention work run alongside, not separately. Twelve months later, rebook sat at 68, and the team had a system they could run without us.

SENIOR SPECIALISTS
A small, deliberately senior team.
CDM is a focused network of event marketing specialists — each with a decade-plus in the discipline, each senior enough to be trusted with the number from day one. You get one lead consultant as your point of accountability, and the right specialist depth behind them.
POINT OF VIEW
"Most event marketing doesn't fail at creative. It fails at the funnel, and the funnel is what finance actually reads."
