LAUNCH & CAMPAIGN DELIVERY
Event marketing firepower, inside
your team.
When a launch has to land, a gap needs covering, or peak cycle demands more senior hands than your team has — we step in, own the work, and leave your systems in a better state than we found them.
Most Delivery conversations start with the same sentence: "We need help, and we needed it last month." A launch has slipped behind, a senior marketer has left at the wrong moment, a flagship is approaching its peak window with a plan but no one to run it. What organisers need in that moment isn't a freelancer they'll still be briefing in week three — it's a senior specialist who can land on the work, take ownership from day one, and run it at the level the situation demands.
WHEN IT FITS
Delivery is usually the right engagement when…
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Experienced marketing delivery across the event cycle.
Delivery engagements are shaped around the specific work in front of you. We don't sell a fixed package. But across past engagements, most fall into one of these five areas, either standalone or combined.
End-to-end event campaigns
Full campaign ownership from brief to post-event analysis — audience strategy, messaging, paid media, email, content, partnerships, reporting. You point us at the launch; we run it.
Interim and maternity cover
Senior hands stepping into a marketing role for a defined window — typically three to twelve months — embedded with your team, your tools and your cadence, with no loss of momentum while you're in recruitment or return.
Specialist discipline support
Depth in the disciplines that tend to get under-resourced: paid media, CRM and lifecycle, email and automation, content and messaging, sponsor marketing and partner comms. Brought in for a specific gap, without the overhead of a full retainer.
Peak cycle reinforcement
Additional senior capacity through the pre-event window, when the team needs more experienced hands than it's staffed for. Tactically flexible — campaign management, creative oversight, paid optimisation, whatever the cycle demands.
Launch campaign builds
The planning and setup work that new events or repositioned events need before the campaign goes live: audience architecture, funnel design, CRM setup, creative direction, acquisition roadmap. Handed over ready to run.
HOW IT WORKS
Built to start fast and run clean.
Built around your cycle, not a fixed retainer model.
HOW WE WORK IN PRACTICE
How we rebuilt the rebook funnel on a flagship conference, taking retention from 41% to 68% in twelve months.
The client was launching a new senior-audience B2B summit into a crowded sector, with 14 weeks between announcement and doors-open and a 1,500-registration target the board had committed to. The internal marketing team was strong, but capacity was split across two other events in the same quarter and there was no senior owner for the summit campaign.

We came in three days a week as embedded campaign lead. Audience strategy rebuilt in week one, a LinkedIn-led paid acquisition model set up alongside partner and community channels, a weekly optimisation cadence that the whole team joined. The campaign closed on 1,907 registrations, 27% over target and at a cost-per-registration 31% lower than the client's previous events. We handed the system back with playbooks for the next edition.
