How the call works

You'll talk to a senior consultant.
Usually Caylee, the firm's founder. Always someone senior enough to give you a useful answer on the call itself.

Come with the situation, not a brief.
You don't need to arrive with a prepared RFP. Rough numbers and a clear problem are enough — we'll do the structured thinking on the call.

We'll tell you what we think.
An honest read on the situation, what's likely causing it, what kind of engagement would move the number, and whether we're the right fit. Not a sales conversation.

If it's a fit, a scope within 48 working hours.
A written scope with an investment band, duration, and the specific outcomes the engagement would be measured against. You decide from there.
