No, ad spend is not included in our quotes. Our quotes cover the costs for our services, such as strategy development, campaign management, content creation, and optimisation. The actual budget for paid advertising (such as Google Ads or social media ads), or physical assets (direct mail, print) is managed separately and will be billed directly by the supplier.
We take a zero-based budgeting approach to marketing spend, meaning we provide a detailed breakdown of all planned advertising activities, projected costs, and expected ROI based on industry benchmarks or previous performance. You’ll have full control over approving the ad budget before any spend is committed, ensuring full transparency and flexibility.

Absolutely! Our goal is to build long-term relationships that adapt as your business evolves. You can easily extend or renew your partnership with us at any time. As we approach the end of your initial contract, we’ll review the progress we've made, discuss any new goals or challenges, and outline the next steps to continue driving results - this conversations tends to happen 4 weeks before contract end.
If your business needs shift or you want to scale up your marketing efforts, we can adjust the scope of our partnership to reflect those changes. Whether you’re looking to renew on a rolling basis or extend for a longer term, we’ll work with you to ensure the partnership continues to meet your objectives.

We understand that business needs can change, which is why we offer flexibility in our contracts. Either you or CDM can terminate the contract with 21 days' prior written notice. This notice period allows for a smooth transition, ensuring that any ongoing work can be wrapped up effectively and both parties can plan for the change.
Our goal is to make sure that, should the need to cancel arise, the process is as seamless and transparent as possible.
